On National Coming Out Day, and at the Integer Group, we have taken a bigger and better approach to not only celebrating but acting upon LGBTQ initiatives. This Integer-wide social campaign spanned across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and even Spotify during the Month of June. Using the hashtag #Act Out our allies were able to interact with our initiative by dancing along to our catchy TikTok dance or telling their own LGBTQ story on their own social channel. We were able to act on, (and not just say) we support equal rights for everyone.
